Certified real estate agents and appraisers
IMMO Arie van der Lee places great importance on quality and expertise. That’s why we only have experienced and ‘VastgoedCert’ certified real estate agents and appraisers. This means that the real estate agent is also the appraisal specialist. Additionally, our real estate office is affiliated with the NWWI (Dutch Home Value Institute), which validates our reports. They ensure that each report is prepared uniformly and according to clear guidelines.
Prices for validated appraisal report for a house or apartment
We charge € 850,– including VAT and validation costs.
How does an appraisal work?
We schedule an appointment for the property inspection.
During the inspection, the appraiser will assess the property, take various photos, and measure the property.
At the office, the appraisal report is prepared. Our goal is to deliver the report to you within 5 working days.
Why do I need an appraisal?
An appraisal may be necessary to finalize a mortgage.
An appraisal may also be needed to revise your mortgage, potentially allowing you to pay less interest.
You gain much more insight into the financial aspect of the property. If you are considering moving, you will have a clear understanding of your home's value and what you can afford for another property.
