Arie van der Lee

The namesake and founding leader: owner Arie van der Lee. With more than thirty years of experience in the real estate industry, Arie says he has “a pretty good understanding of real estate.” From appraisals to inspections to placing for-sale signs, he still enjoys doing it all daily.
After completing his real estate training, Arie was “old-fashioned” sworn in by the court in Utrecht in 1988. He then gained experience at various real estate offices in Amersfoort, Leusden, Hoofddorp, and eventually Almere. With nearly ten years of experience under his belt, Arie decided to start his own business in 1995 and founded IMMO Arie van der Lee. He started in a small office room, quickly expanded, and the rest is history.
Arie is meticulous in personal relationships and truly a “people person.” It’s no surprise that he always puts the customer and their wishes first. Internally at IMMO Arie van der Lee, he ensures the office maintains its friendly atmosphere. Arie is also very “strong-minded”: his strong perseverance ensures that he continues until the goal is reached.
Representing the client’s interests and guiding them through a major purchase or sale is, for Arie, the biggest advantage of being a real estate agent. Additionally, he loves the fast-paced nature of the job. “No week is the same, and you experience all kinds of things.” He is regularly in the office on Saturdays and always from Monday to Friday.
In his free time, Arie enjoys restoring cars, preferably a Jaguar or an old Daf. He also loves dining out, enjoying the social aspect and as a relaxing outing. Arie can’t get enough of the series ‘The Sopranos.’ “The best series ever made!”
