Dennis Teinveld
Real Estate Agent-Appraiser
Dennis Teinveld has been a real estate agent since 2000 and a member of the NVM since 2009, making him both a real estate agent and an appraiser. He believes it is important that clients feel welcomed when they walk into the office.
Before entering the real estate industry, Dennis studied computer science, with a particular interest in building websites. “Turning an idea into a technical story is fantastic to me.” However, sitting behind a computer all day wasn’t for Dennis. After a year, he quit his IT studies and switched to a specialized real estate course at a university of applied sciences, from which he graduated.
In December 2002, Dennis started at IMMO Arie van der Lee. Eager to learn and perfectionistic, he wanted to be able to carry out all tasks independently and with full qualifications. He completed an evening course in Nieuwegein and became an NVM member in 2009.
Dennis is empathetic, patient, and meticulous. A man with great emotional intelligence who values atmosphere and feelings. He’s also determined: when Dennis sets his sights on a goal, he gives it 100%. From Tuesday to Saturday, you can find him at the IMMO Arie van der Lee office.
As a proud father of four, Dennis enjoys spending his free time with his family: “We do everything together, from swimming to climbing in the forest.” All year round, even in winter, Dennis is at the barbecue. His secret recipe for homemade burgers and chicken skewers is famous within the Teinveld family. “The kids love it. As soon as I say the barbecue is on, they start cheering.”
