The face of IMMO Arie van der Lee. Those who visit the office are first greeted by the friendly smile of Elly Oudhoff. After working for twenty years in the graphic industry as an office manager, she chose to embrace the charm of real estate in May 2015. “At IMMO Arie van der Lee, the work is more diverse, extensive, and I am in more contact with the clients.”
As Head of Internal Affairs, Elly manages all internal matters and keeps IMMO Arie van der Lee running. This includes several important responsibilities, such as handling part of the financial administration, ensuring that purchase agreements are drafted, and registering new properties. “I enjoy debtor management the most.”
With various diplomas to her name, Elly has a wealth of knowledge. She holds a practical diploma in bookkeeping, as well as degrees in office management and junior secretarial work.
Elly is present at the office from Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday. In her free time, she loves walking with her two dogs, Lilly and Bailey. “I don’t often get the chance, but when I have time, I enjoy reading, especially thrillers or suspenseful detective novels.” What would keep Elly awake at night? “Sushi!”
